Built by our Eiffage Construction teams in the Village des Athlètes et Para-Athlètes in Saint-Ouen (93), and managed by CDC Habitat, the Paulette Fost residence is a construction feat in terms of sustainability and reversibility.

With 130 rental units, since December 2022, it has been home to many students.

During the Paris Games, the residence will be able to accommodate nearly 100 high-level athletes. During this period, the students will be offered temporary accommodation by CDC Habitat. At the end of 2024, it will be returned to its original function.

Congratulations to our teams for the realisation of this beautiful project!
