The office building of Orange joins in the second phase of the secondary spaces of the big Pierre Mauroy stadium on a floor space of 19 000 m ² near ways connecting Lille to Paris and to Belgium.
The building will be developed on 5 levels with an accommodation facilities of 1 220 workstations and 600 parking spaces. The establishment will have a staff canteen of 1 100 m ² for 700 flatware and an internal garden of 800 m ².
The building was conceived by the cabinet of architecture Valode and Pistre which imagined a simple and compact volumetry in the shape of ring, compound of a hexagonal volume around an open-air central patio. Facades are realized glass and metal, sustainable and long-lasting materials.
The building gets organized around a big space open to ground floor, with a garden crossed by a footbridge of glazed connection, between the hall and the spaces of catering. The garden finds a continuity to R+1 in the same volume on the cover of the restaurant.
These new premises fit with the movement of digitalisation of the Orange group. Indeed, it is about a flexible building that allows bigger communication, facilitate the independence of the offices, make a reference place shared by everybody. The room fitting such as meeting rooms, collaborative spaces or of relaxation, showrooms or still the equipped and digitized amphitheater are completely flexible.
